1.Inflation Guidelines:
To prevent bursting, avoid over-inflation of balloons. We recommend inflate to the stated balloon size for optimal results.
2.Helium Use:
Not all balloons are suitable for helium inflation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding the use of helium in our balloons.
3.Defects:
Please be aware that defects in balloons may only become apparent after inflation. If you receive any defective items, kindly send us photographs for assessment. Based on this, we will advise if a replacement or refund should be provided.
4.Product Variations:
Be advised that there may be slight variations in colour and size from what is depicted in images or described in product descriptions.
5.Safety Precautions:
Uninflated or damaged latex balloons present a choking hazard, particularly for children under the age of 8. We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times when children are playing with balloons.

How do I apply my personalised labels?
For iron-on clothing labels: make sure that the part of the garment to which you want to attach your label is clean, completely dry and not wrinkled.
Place the garment on a flat, rigid surface (board or table), put the label inside the garment and cover it with a piece of baking paper.
Heat the iron to 150-180 degrees (Or depends on the fabric instruction) and place it on top of the baking paper without moving for 20 seconds.
Don't hesitate to press and increase the pressure.
Wait 48 hours before washing the garment for the first time
If the iron-on label does not hold properly, leave the iron on a little longer or increase the heat.
